When you submit a pre-qualification request, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, and details about your deal (property type, loan type, loan amount, timeline, and location). We also automatically collect standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, through cookies and analytics tools.

To shop your deal to lending partners and connect you with financing options.
To contact you about your request by phone, text, and email.
To operate, secure, and improve our website and Services.
To comply with legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share the information you submit with the lending partner(s) we match to your deal so they can evaluate and contact you about financing. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate our Services (for example, hosting, analytics, and consent-documentation providers such as TrustedForm). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Consent to Contact

By submitting the form, you provide prior express written consent for Accelerate Capital and the lending partner(s) matched to you to contact you at the phone number and email you provide, including by autodialer, prerecorded message, text, and email, for business and marketing purposes related to your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Your Choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below. We will honor applicable privacy rights under the laws that apply to you.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Business-Purpose Financing Only

Our Services are intended for business or investment-purpose financing on non-owner-occupied investment property. They are not intended for consumer-purpose loans secured by a primary residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
